Am I one of the few to encourage buying locally? In times of partly manufactured and hyped economic downturn then the least we can do is spend locally. I don't want to go too far down the road of 'jobs for the boys' but I guess when the cips are down I'd rather support my friends and neighbours who are local.
I guess I'm also an advocate of spending - full stop. I reckon we have money but have been frightened into keeping it in our pockets or under the bed (or even in the bank!).
Let's get out there and turn thing back the other way again.
Spend more it will help and come back to you eventally.
